Twilio has a status page that provides real-time updates on any known incidents, outages or errors for both our API platform and our carrier connections. We also post maintenance windows here.

Twilio Current Status

The status page is very useful for checking to see if the problem you are having is a known issue or is unique. It also helps differentiate external carrier problems from Twilio software problems. You can check out our status page at status. twilio. com

Twilio Current Status

You will see Twilio’s current status at the top. This is where you will see all active incidents. Underneath that, we have NOW reporting status of Twilio Services (left) and the status of the global telecom network (right).

The sections below break down the statuses of each of our services and our individual office locations.

  • Green shows there are no known active incidents on the Twilio or carrier side.
  • Hollow Green shows that an underlying carrier or service degradation is impacting this service.
  • Yellow shows that one or more of our APIs or carrier regions are experiencing degraded service.
  • Red shows an outage.
  • Blue shows scheduled maintenance.

Past Incidents

Click Past Incidents at the top of the page to see historical incidents listed by date.
